Mission Statement
It is the intent of the Barneveld School District to empower each student with the attitudes, knowledge, and skills for becoming a life-long learner by providing an environment that values curiosity, challenge, cooperation, respect, and creative and critical thinking.

We are a Pre-K through 12th-grade public school that has provided exceptional education to the Barneveld community for over 100 years. Over time, we have offered an exceptional learning environment with a close family community culture where every child is known as an individual. Recently the community supported a referendum with over 80% support to build new elementary classrooms, a library, technical education spaces, music rooms, and renovations, including a new cafeteria, main gymnasium, science room, and secure entrances. 

We believe that education provides opportunity. We are committed to giving our students every opportunity to succeed in their academics, school activities, and athletics. Our teachers collaborate to connect the curriculum to meaningful learning experiences that are relevant and rigorous.

Notice of Educational Options

Per section 118.57 of the Wisconsin State Statute, the Barneveld School District is required to annually notify parents of the educational options available to children who reside in the school district. Said options and applicable links to a current listing of educational options are available below.
