The MS Cross Country families have been an incredible support this season. We ended our practices last week with the best tradition - "Home Run". Families set up "bases" at their homes or places around town as the MS Runners ran through the streets of Barneveld collecting "rewards" for each base run.

The staff enjoyed a competitive Rock, Paper, Scissors game as we continue to focus on the Power of Positive Teams. If a staff member lost, they had to become the encourager for the staff member that beat them. Eventually, all staff members were encouraging the final two.


Our Fine Arts Department needs your help. We have several large pieces of equipment that are used across Band, Choir, Art, and Drama that are in need of repairs or upgrades. We are looking for some help from the community to be able to provide our Fine Arts department and the students that thrive in these areas the equipment they need to fulfill their passion and creative learning. Items on the wish list include - *Amplifier *Electric Drum Set *Mixer *Portable Keyboard *Electrical Upgrades to the lower gym for Fine Arts performances Our goal is to raise $10,000 by the end of the school year. Building Trades students have been busy the past 3 weeks constructing a storage shed. The shed is 100% hand framed by students. This project is a great way to introduce framing and roofing to the class. This 10'x12'x8' shed can be yours! All you have to do is email whodgson@barneveld.k12.wi.us for. Shed can be viewed by the shop area off of Douglas St. Also, taking orders!
